Real estate is my passion. I love helping people make positive financial decisions that will assist them and their families, today and well into the future. I enjoy the process of exceeding my clients’ expectations, and building trusted relationships is of the utmost importance to me. I love the fact that clients can profit from my knowledge and advice.
I have more than 11 years’ experience in the industry. I have nurtured and negotiated over $350M in sales in the Upper East Coast Bays area and beyond. From one-bedroom apartments, cliff-top executive homes, rural and lifestyle properties right through to development land – there isn’t much I haven’t worked and consulted on.
I use tried and true marketing strategies to attract the largest pool of committed buyers possible, to generate interest and maximise sales results. I am supported by robust systems and processes to achieve the best result in any property market. I am a skilled and patient negotiator and work tirelessly to achieve the best result for every one of my clients.
I have a real passion for my role and give generous, honest and thoughtful advice.
Before joining the real estate industry, I was an international level sportsperson, training and competing all around the world. I represented New Zealand at three World Championship swimming events, and hold numerous New Zealand records and national titles.
These achievements were the result of my determination, focus and ‘never give up’ attitude – all important skills to consider when selecting a salesperson to represent you.
